Penon de Ifach Apartment 2

Very nice view of the beach. Excellent location close to the city center. But some flaws in the apartment: - The air conditioning motor is in the balcony, so when the air conditioning is on, the temperature on the balcony becomes very high because of the very hot air released by the air conditioning motor. - The elevator was out of order for 3 days. - Garbage room is located outside 100 meters from the residence - Remote control of the parking gate no longer worked, 2 hours blocked

The apartment is at a fantastic location with views of the beach and close to restaurants with only a 10 minute walk into the centre of Calp. The apartment is well equipped, has pretty much everything you need. Only exception is the washing machine which takes ages & doesn’t work well. Apart from that, thoroughly recommend and would stay again.

Cute apartment, right in front of the playground on the beach. Perfect for kids. We were in Calpe in winter and the apartment was sufficient for that. Due to the sunlight and the glazing on the balcony, it was wonderfully warm there. We can't judge how it is in summer. Air conditioning is only available in 1 bedroom. Unfortunately, the shutters don't go down all the way here and the door is warped, so the room can't be completely darkened. No blinds in the living room

Worked well all the way. Smooth check-in and check-out. Minor details recommended to be fixed in the apartment upon departure. Great location by the beach with wonderful views. Etc. Family T
