Holiday home Penarvon House is a truly special house, set above the Helford estuary, close to the village of Helford and can sleep 12 people. There are three double bedrooms (all with en-suite bathrooms), a twin bedroom, a bathroom, an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an open fire. There is also a utility room and a games room with additional pull-out beds and a snooker table. Outside there is off road parking for six cars and a gravelled garden and lawned areas with terraces, barbecue and furniture. Penarvon House is a wonderful holiday base.

Area The picturesque village of Helford boasts excellent village stores, lovely thatched cottages, The Shipwrights Arms with its waterside terrace, all set on the south side of the Helford River. Every August there is a regatta and The Helford River Sailing Club is a very popular feature.
