The apartment is described as 119m3, however this is INCLUDING the large balcony! What is NOT in the description is the distance from the parking space to the apartment. More than 130 meters walk through cold, draughty corridors. This apartment is not recommended for people who are not so mobile. The key transfer did not go well, we had to wait more than 3.5 hours in that cold, draughty corridor until a locksmith came to open the lock!
