*In case of load shedding, this home has backup power. This applies to all plugs, the wifi, TV, kitchen appliances, and two air conditioners. It doesn't include the lift or the air conditioning in the main bedroom.
*This home is one of two units, so the basement car park and lift are shared. You'll have access to two private parking bays.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised when outside.
*Each of the three beds can be turned into a king-size or two twins on request.
*The tub in the main bedroom's ensuite has a hand-held showerhead.
