The place offers nightlife during the summer season
The house is unfortunately showing its age. The pictures look much nicer than reality. The downstairs rooms were small and damp, and the overall cleanliness could be improved. The outdoor area (grill, pool, shower) was not cleaned. Garbage disposal information was unclear, and the bins were too small. The kitchen was unkempt, and the living room had an old refrigerator. Positives: The air conditioning worked, and the dishwasher and refrigerator were new. Overall, only 3 out of 5 stars.

We used 1 long day to clean the swimming pool. And we fixed the filter pump for the pool. Haven't been cleaned for monts.

House ideally located a few steps from a beach ideal for children (shallow water), pleasant in family, clean. Downsides: wet house this week (heavy rain previous week?), exteriors not cleaned (terrace, balcony and jacuzzi). An information document of the house and surroundings would be required. Possibility to park two cars in the property.

The Villa is very correct, a little damp all the same. However, it lacks a small book telling us how the villa works on the use of the jacuzzi, the remote controls and above all how to restore the current in the event of a power cut (which happened to us one evening and for which we took more than 2 minutes to find the main circuit breaker).
