Beautiful, spacious holiday home with a beautiful view of Lake Trasimeno. Location is perfect for day trips to many nice places. Owner is very friendly and responds quickly to messages. Because he only speaks Italian, Google Translate is recommended. House is easy to find and is located in a quiet area.

The house is very clean and well equipped. Only the sun protection on the enlarged terrace (the photos should be updated) should be replaced. Minor complaints were quickly resolved. Notes on the lake: The lake is only 2 meters deep, from May onwards there is a lot of algae; swimming is no longer recommended after that. There are also a lot of mosquitoes on the lake (the house has high-quality insect protection). The advantage is that the house is a little way away from the lake (nice view of the lake).

There were four of us in the very spacious villa in June. Everything was there except for a grill in the garden, which we really missed. The owner M. was very friendly, but doesn't speak German or English. But he put us through to a lady on the phone who speaks very good German.

The house is very comfortably furnished and very spacious. In the kitchen you will find all the necessary equipment, enough crockery, glasses, etc. Only a coffee machine is not available. The rooms are spacious. beds comfortable. The garden area is also very well maintained and totally fenced in. A really steep driveway leads to the house. However, passable without any problems. The restaurant of the house owner can really be recommended. We can highly recommend Massimo's.

House quite nice Only 4 coffee cups, 1 of which was chipped, not enough cutlery, fortunately I had my pillow, cloth ducks and bed linen, as well as towels with me, since the landlord's did not meet my expectations. M. is very nice and accommodating and of course the low price is also to be taken into account. The sofas in the living room are badly worn out.

The facility is maintained once a week by the landlord, who is very discreet.
