Living room with wood-burning stove, and sea view; generous kitchen with dining table and chairs glazed doors to courtyard and, at the far end, a comfy sofa, and door to utility shed. A gorgeous house beside the beach and within strolling distance of the village pubs and shops.

Area
The twin villages of Kingsand and Cawsand, with narrow streets winding between pastel-coloured cottages, lie on the Rame Peninsula just 5 miles from Plymouth.

Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.
