2-room house 40 m2 on 2 levels. Rustic furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed. Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Gas heating.
We were happy with our stay in this house, only halfway through the week the valve by the pool broke and we had to drain the water. But that wasn't the owner's fault, it just broke.

The house is clean and comfortable. Now even more comfortable with a pool and WiFi. The landlord, Mr. N., is very nice and always there for you. The upper part of the property driveway has been fixed, but by German standards the path is very adventurous overall.

The house conforms to the description, functional and very comfortable. The view is magnificent, a bit far from everything and in absolute calm. Access is by a small path, driving quietly no problem. The owner is charming. We had an excellent stay there which allowed us to visit many Tuscan sites.
