The house is exactly as described, the garden is beautiful and very well maintained. The contact on site was very good and friendly. The only small drawback was the somewhat small kitchen with not very good equipment, as well as the functionality of the sinks, both in the kitchen and in the bathroom. But these are all just small things that you can live with. The description folder with all the relevant information needs to be revised.

The house was great, super clean and furnished with love. The location is very nice and quiet. The handover and delivery was super easy and friendly. We were two young women and were a little scared the first night but the grounds are safe and just beautiful. We could really enjoy it. Unfortunately there was only one toilet paper roll and no washing-up liquid. But since we went shopping anyway, that was a small problem. We'd love to come back!!

In the description on Booking.com it is stated that costs are charged for use of air conditioning. Fine. On the spot, however, it turned out that the landlord passed on all energy costs, a fixed amount of € 150 per week. So also for using the refrigerator, the garden sprinklers that spray for hours at night, the pumps of the swimming pool, the lighting in the house, etc. Ridiculous! We did not use air conditioning and had meter readings recorded. Our costs: € 140. We feel cheated.
