The friendly owner showed us his little bay, away from the hustle and bustle. And the house is very tastefully decorated. We enjoyed our time and felt very comfortable here.

The house has an excellent location, which allows, in less than half an hour, to be in the most popular destinations of the Costa Smeralda. The only flaw, when we arrived there were no bed linen and towels, but the Interhome agency in Tempio promptly sent a lady equipped with everything. You just have to be careful of the ants, which were present in the kitchen when we arrived, but with a little poison they went away. Definitely recommended house.

Despite the beautiful location, the house is not convincing. The kitchen was very poorly furnished (the only kitchen knife was a bread knife!). And otherwise the kitchen was poorly equipped (e.g. no salad cutlery) and what was there was old and dingy. On the other hand, the elderly lady who lives in the adjoining apartment took great care of us. Certainly ok for visitors to the Costa Smeralda, but if you want to avoid it (which was the case with us) you have to accept longer journeys.
