This South Kensington townhouse is definitely one of the largest homes we have had the pleasure to visit — it’s set over eight floors, so it’s sure to provide a palatial-style experience. A roof terrace, two kitchens, three living rooms and walk-in wardrobes the size of a small apartment are just a few of the highlights. We particularly enjoyed the drawing room on the first floor which features a twenty-foot antique tapestry and sleek lacquered wall panels. The cherry on top is the exclusive West London location — not only are you five minutes' walk from the V&A and the Natural History Museum, but you can also see the top of the Royal Albert Hall from the roof terrace.
Home truths: * As an incredibly large home set over eight floors, there are plenty of stairs here
* While there is an internal elevator in the home, it only reaches the third floor
* There are portable air conditioning units available, but no built-in cooling system in the home
