Or, enjoy a pootle on the pond with the rowing boats and say hello to the resident ducks.

When tummies start to rumble, swing by the on-site farm shop to pick up supplies to rustle up back at home. There's everything you need to prepare meals in the country-style kitchen with a cosy dining area. And outside, the sunny private terrace commanding spectacular views across the Bride Valley is prime for afternoon teas and barbecues on long summer nights. Fancy keeping things simple? Then jump in the car bound for your nearest shores, Hive Beach, with its much-loved café dishing up some of the freshest seafood imaginable for lunch (a short drive away). And even closer, the village pub for hearty grub and a warm welcome, is a mere stumble away.
