We felt very comfortable in the beautiful apartment from the very first moment! We received a very warm welcome from our landlord, who was always available during the entire 4 weeks! Thank you for your hospitality! The roof terrace is amazing with a great sea view and good facilities! The other two terraces are also very nice. The apartment has everything you need to feel at home! We would definitely love to come back!

The roof terrace is great! In the bathroom, the shower screen to the toilet is leaking. This was reported to the owner. The kitchen equipment is relatively old. The normal coffee machine takes far too long; it should be descaled after every rental. The extractor hood has no light and is greasy. The existing scissors and corkscrew were broken. The handover was very nice. The dishwasher has been replaced. When we moved in, the first thing we did was clean the floor.

The house is perfectly equipped and cared for. In addition, Miquel is always willing to solve any situation. What makes this house incredible, in addition to the proximity to the beach, are the views from the huge terrace, which is equipped with an awning to be able to be there even in the hottest hours, or with everything you need for wonderful dinners. .

Very satisfied. Only the following details are missing: the dishwasher needs to be renewed, a working vacuum cleaner and a laundry basket should be provided. Convector heaters should be provided for early holidaymakers in March / April, as it is very cold at night and the house is not heated. The only option would be to heat with the only air conditioner, which is neither technically nor economically justifiable. Otherwise dress warmly at night.
