"Mirador de Les Bassetes", 4-room semi-detached house 157 m2 on 2 levels. Object suitable for 4 adults + 2 children. Spacious and bright, beautiful and cosy furnishings: open living/dining room with digital TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool.
The first night of our stay at 10:10pm we were having dinner on the terrace and a neighbour came to complain because he could hear our conversations and couldn't rest. We were just having dinner and talking in a normal tone. Another day a lady yelled at me saying “Spaniards!! Spaniards!!!” (I think we are in Spain…) accusing us of having left a stain in the communal pool area. We had not stepped foot in that area as the accommodation had a private pool. I do not agree.

We were 6 adults. My wife and I and our daughters with son in law. All 6 had space with double beds in separate rooms. One master bedroom with on suite bathroom. House fully equipped, very clean, perfect location regards to beach in downtown as well to first class dining restaurants. It is possible to walk to different beaches - just following the water side promenades. The neighbours in the gated house complex are very nice. No high noices - just calm & quiet area.

Nice house in a quiet area but still close to the center of Calpe. Enjoy the pool with a sea view! Good beds and bedrooms with shutters In the kitchen everything was present except a freezer, the latter would have been nice.
