4-room villa 210 m2 on 2 levels. Fully renovated in 2022, modern and tasteful furnishings: open living room, window onto the courtyard. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table.
Due to the immediate location on a road with a lot of traffic, the terrace is practically unusable. The bedroom facing the road is also barely usable due to the noise. Hence the downgrade.

Nice accommodation with plenty of space and direct access to the water. It was great that we could use the kayaks.
