4-room house 230 m2 on 2 levels. Tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, satellite TV, CD-player, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the garden. Large kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table and wood-burning stove.
The villa with pool was comfortable and stylishly furnished. It is very quiet and slightly elevated. The hosts were very friendly and everything went very smoothly. The location is excellent for exploring the wine regions around Asti and Alba, but also for a trip to Turin.

We took over the house in top condition and very well equipped. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the beautiful garden with pool to the fullest and had a great time relaxing. The house and the surrounding area are very well maintained in every respect. It corresponds exactly to the description and the photos. The kitchen is very large and well equipped. The surrounding area and the pool are also very well maintained. Communication with the landlady via WhatsApp works perfectly. There are many restaurants and shops in the vicinity, which can be reached by car in 5-10 minutes. We can recommend this accommodation without reservation.
