4-room house 100 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed and shower/WC. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine).
Great house with a beautiful pool and huge property. Everything is clean and well maintained. Very friendly and nice landlord. Great location and infrastructure. Highly recommended.

We were two couples and stayed in the beautiful house for a week. The landlords were super nice and very accommodating. The house is really fantastic. Everything is super clean and lovingly furnished in a modern style. The pool and the outdoor kitchen were highlights. We felt very comfortable. We can recommend the house with a clear conscience.

We were with 4 adults and 2 children in this wonderful house. The facility is very well maintained. Everything you need is there. The BBQ area by the pool has a separate fridge. There is also a toilet with shower right by the pool (very practical). The landlords were extremely friendly and helpful. We'd love to come back again!!

Beautiful, very well maintained and very well equipped house with a great pool, very nice landlord, perfectly equipped kitchen and outdoor kitchen, great pool, very good location (all shops for daily needs in the immediate vicinity) Labin has an old town worth seeing, good restaurants in the vicinity
