3-room house 90 m2 on 3 levels. Tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with (160 cm), dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). On the lower ground floor: 1 double bedroom.
The area has many abandoned rusticos. Dampness in the basement, musty smell. Weak WiFi, hardly any reception outside the house. No parking at the house. You would have to look for a place in the village and carry your shopping/luggage to the house along a bumpy path.

The house is meant for 4 people but we would not recommend that. The second bedroom and bathroom is located in the former cellar of the house. It is very humid and not so pleasant to stay. This is the only downside, otherwise everything was perfect! neat, good location in a quiet village 15 minutes from Lake Como beach, good facilities in the house, everything is there for a good holiday.

The house is quiet in a small sleepy village, the view is a dream. The equipment is good and sufficient. For the lower floor, which corresponds to the ground floor, however, plenty of ventilation is necessary so that it doesn't get musty. We enjoyed the time except for three nights when the daughter of the neighbors, who was also in the holiday home there, partyed with her friends until 3 a.m. But otherwise it was quiet. Parking directly at the house is not possible.

Very well-kept house in a panoramic location in a village environment. Hostess cordial and accommodating. Car cannot be parked directly at the house, except for loading and unloading, which is not a problem. The house is very well equipped: the kitchen has everything you need, the bedrooms have plenty of storage space. Modern bathrooms. 2 small balconies with a view. Beautiful excursions and hikes in a few minutes by car, as well as restaurants.

The house still only gets a "satisfactory" from me because there were things that we would have expected differently (from the description): The garden is surrounded on all sides by other houses, some of which are completely neglected or even described as ruins can become. The little house is well equipped. You can find everything you need. The view is unique, especially on the upper balcony. The only mango we found were the pillows. they are / were too high and firm for our standards. The woman who gave us the key was also very nice. we were able to converse with her well in English.
