A separate relaxation/tv room is also on this floor with floor to ceiling glass walls with stunning effect. On this level there is also one king bedroom and a shared bathroom.

Second Floor: Spiral staircase leading up to the second floor where there is a pool table on the mezzanine overlooking the kitchen below, and a separate movie room with large L shaped couch for cosy evenings.

Ground Floor: 4 bedrooms on this floor. 1 luxurious Superking with ensuite and doors to large patio. 2 hotel style king bedrooms, one with ensuite. An additional funky bunk bed room. There is also 1 shared bathroom with tub and shower. Utility Room with washer and dryer.

This property is not suitable for people with mobility issues or toddlers due to the number of open staircases.
