The apartment is very well maintained, as is the facility. The pool is officially open from 11am-7pm but was usually used until around 8pm. The balcony has sun from midday, but can also be used with an awning. A supermarket and various restaurants are within easy walking distance. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the marina in Marbella along the beach promenade. Overall highly recommended!
