This property is fabulous, great location and has all you need, extremely well equipped and very clean and well kept... Shuffleboard court is a great fun game loads of fun on rainy days and evenings...loved the drum kit too!

Excellent property, within walking distance of a few places to eat and drink, which are all fine, but secluded and excellent for the dog as stone beach with walk along the coast right outside. We struck out to several golf courses, John O Groats and a couple of Mountain Bike trails down at Golspie - all round recommended and very well kitted out, pity we couldn’t enjoy the terrace with the weather we had. Shuffleboard court provided endless fun.

A Fantastic location beside the sea. No matter the scottish weather, storms included, a location to enjoy the views and relax.

Comfortable spacious property. Great tranquil location and beautiful dawn to wake up to with views from the master bedroom in particular. Loved the games room with the shuffleboard. Loved being able to spot seals and seal pups as well as the oil rigs and wind turbines out at sea through the telescope and on one clear night Jupiter could be spotted near the moon. The dog loved the venue too!

The property location was perfect. The house itself was clean and beautifully proportioned. We all had ample room. The children loved the 45ft Shuffle board alley. We saw dolphins and seals passing by and I did not want to come home- all in all a perfect holiday. Thank you.

Had a fantastic holiday 11/6/11-18/06/11. The house fulfilled all expectations. Great house and great location! A definite bonus is that there are 2 wings for the bedrooms, ensuring privacy and a bit of quiet time away from the main area.We took full advantage of the shuffleboard and drum kit! Would go again but for the long journey (9 hours). I would definitely recommend this house! I would advise families to take all supplies(as luckily we did) as nearest supermarket (Tesco) is over 30 miles away. The one local shop is very expensive & limited as you can imagine in a small fishing village). Breathtaking surroundings.

A fabulous property for a family gathering or groups of friends. Plenty of space to spread out and having 3 bathrooms is excellent. All mod cons. Kitchen is a bit echoey but so what! The views are wonderful.

Nov: Warm, very spacious, everything in new-looking cond’, beautifully clean and tidy with all you could need from kitchen to entertainment. Views and and early morning beach walks were rewarded with sight of wonderful wildlife. You just couldn’t find a better place in November. It’s in a very sheltered spot so wrap up when venturing away from your holiday home. Wonderful.

The photographs do not do the property justice. They do not convey how light and very very spacious the property is.

Very peaceful location, very spacious house providing ample room for large families, secure fenced garden ideal for small children & pets. Telescope (in need of repair) provided hours of fun star gazzing etc. This year there was a tumble dryer which was a godsend.

The cottage was simply perfect - well presented and plenty of space and the under floor heating was brilliant. The views were super and Helmsdale is a good base from which to explore the north of the highlands. There is a local shop, take away and restaurant, all within walking distance. Excellent place to take dogs - plenty of walks, even the dog didn't want to come home!

We were extremely lucky with the weather and this will always make things seem good. I think if the conditions were not so good the property would provide enough space for a family who had to remain inside for some of the time.

The pictures of the property were good, but they did not do it justice. The accommodation was even better than we expected. We would definitely come back and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this property to other people. We have had several breaks arranged through your company and this was by far the best one yet.

The website pictures do not do the property justice. It is a fantastic house, finished to a very high standard. All of the fixtures and fittings are also to a very high standard.
