Llarios is an all ground-floor property situated within the village of Fairbourne. Here, you will find a family bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower and two twin bedrooms, together sleeping up to eight people. Completing the interior is a bathroom with a bath, separate walk-in shower, basin and WC, as well as a cloakroom. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Outside, there is a large garden area with table and chairs, sun loungers and a fire pit. Llarios is a superb base for exploring the Welsh coast.

Area
The seaside village of Fairbourne is situated within the Snowdonia National Park, between the Cambrian Mountains and Barmouth Bay. Within the village you will find a sandy beach, a number of pubs and a village shop. Within close reach is the town of Barmouth, where you will find a larger selection of pubs and restaurants, as well as the Victorian Barmouth Railway Bridge with views of the Mawddach Estuary.
