we have just spent 15 days in this house which is in a great location; many things need to be reviewed, smoke detectors are out of order for a wooden house, the screws on the north terrace are coming out, you have to be very careful especially for the feet, a bay window is not lockable; sheets with holes, rickety kitchen taps, wasp nest, chair broken, I have a whole page of things to review urgently, the price is absolutely not justified if nothing is done yet with this view
