The property is a great size and very quiet. The house is big enough for 4 people. Negative: The house was not particularly clean; the lady who handed over the property to us spoke only French - contrary to the description; the cutlery was of very poor quality; only 3 sun loungers without any cushions; no induction plates (according to the description); no fly screens in the window; pool not heated, so only 18 degrees; towels very old! Only 1 key

After a super nice handover, we spent a very nice holiday with our family of five. The pool is wonderful and the Plage du Pin Sec is a top Atlantic beach that can be reached in no time. There are good shopping opportunities in Lesparre Medoc and the house is a good starting point for jogging and cycling through the vineyards to the Gironde.

Very well maintained and very clean house with a tiptop swimming pool and enclosed garden, where our dog could romp around wonderfully. House is very quietly situated and everything is there. The owner is very friendly and helpful, in short, we had a great holiday!

The exterior of the house is consistent with the photos even if the maintenance of the garden has not been carried out correctly for a long time. Inside when we arrived it was a disaster, the tv (repair after 3 days) the oven (repair after 4 days) the internet (repair after 10 days!!!) did not work. The access doors no longer close, the barbecue grill is broken. The owners who no longer live in the region and who are there only a few weeks a year are completely overwhelmed and no longer able and above all no longer want to manage the problems of a rental. This further complicates troubleshooting. The rental therefore does not correspond to what should be expected for this type of object. The value for money is not there. This rental does not deserve the 4 stars of the site. Another point the place given for the rental is different from that in reality. It is 800m further. Even the QR code given by interhome gives the wrong route. Be careful, the last 250 m are on an unpaved road full of holes.
