Les Acacias

The house is beautiful, but needs to be renovated. Top: large property, hardly visible. We really liked the pool. Unfortunately, in the last week there was only trouble with the pool. The terrace is huge and has great sun loungers. We had to clean a lot of things in the kitchen. There is no storage space for purchased groceries. The house could be cleaner. There is no vacuum cleaner. The bathrooms need to be renovated. The mats in the shower and tub were borderline.

Perfect house for a family with children. The bedding is very comfortable, the living spaces are very spacious and pleasant. The location of the accommodation is perfect. Small downside for the maintenance of the swimming pool which was not carried out by the pool builder.

The house is in a quiet area. The facilities are very good, including a new fridge and dishwasher. The pool is relatively large and there are enough sun loungers. We particularly liked the town of Montalivet. There is a market every day and you can stroll around and buy fresh fruit, vegetables, fish, etc. The local restaurants are all highly recommended. The beach is about a 25-minute walk away. There is a lot of surfing in Montalivet and the beach is perfect for walks.

We were 6 people: two adults and four teenagers. There was enough space, enough seating and loungers. Kitchen accessories were sufficient, you could cook well. The pool was very well maintained and clean. Mattresses were relatively new and comfortable. Top location in a quiet residential area, you can do everything by bike: to the beach, to the shops, to the market, to restaurants. Rental without any problems, even in the high season. Gladly again, a dream for Atlantic fans.
