The exteriors are good. However, it would be necessary to add a more recent fridge in the kitchen and change the hob which takes a long time to heat up. Ideal rental for a couple with 1 child. A double bed would be appreciated in the bedroom. The rental is quite far from the sea 15 minutes from Benidorm and 10 for Altea. Otherwise very clean rental and Interhome at the top as always
