Entry to underground car park not possible with roof box...time-consuming disassembly on site and carrying around necessary; Front desk catastrophic at check-in - almost two hours waiting time at the front desk!!! In addition to the two double rooms, the apartment had two two-bed rooms instead of one four-bed room, one of which had no window and was therefore like a storage room and was unsuitable for us (3 small children who only sleep together in one room); Apartment itself was clean and tidy;
