Reduced staff.! Difficult to reach someone outside the arrival and departure days. The access road to the garage was not plowed! we had a lot of trouble getting the car out when we left! This is not normal, we had however warned that we were leaving on Friday at the beginning of the afternoon. Reception closed and no one answered the phone. impossible to get help!
