The holiday apartment is spacious, initially made a clean impression, is close to the beach. Was only superficially cleaned (e.g. dirt under the beds on the upper floor). Balcony door cannot be closed, has to be secured with a stick, guest toilet downstairs wobbles, water flushes on extreme economy mode. The apartment advertises energy efficiency! Electrical appliances are old, dirty, refrigerator has black spots (mold?), dishwasher is unappetizing, washing machine has faults, stair banister broken
