Property Overview
"Le Cap Azur", 2-room apartment 43 m2. Bright, modern furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining table and TV. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Open alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm). Kitchenette (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, combination microwave).
We were in one of the few apartments close to the pool and were a little disturbed at night by the background noise of the pool machinery. The layout of the apartment was simple but correct. The pool was very pleasant and well proportioned for me who likes to swim. Small beach nearby and the pretty Plage des Sablettes is 20 minutes away on foot or by bus (stop right next to the residence).

The complex is very well maintained and the pool was very clean, unfortunately the water was cold. The apartment was very nice and well furnished. Parking was always available on site. Unfortunately, the restaurant and the terrace were closed.

The proximity to a small supermarket, pharmacy, bakery is very pleasant. The apartment is clean. Some German programs on the TV. Heated outdoor pool, indoor pool and jacuzzi. It couldn't be better.

The location of the complex is great, the apartment so far ok. Despite not being very busy, the staff is too lazy to show the tenants the apartment and how to use the various facilities. You had to find out everything yourself. The price for 1 week is too high for the equipment of the apartment. The location by the sea and the possibilities for excursions all around is really good.
