Property Overview
"Le Cap Azur", 3-room apartment 50 m2. Bright, modern furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining table, TV and hi-fi system. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, combination microwave).
Mold in the first apartment, very dirty, unhygienic bathroom, construction site on the street in front of the complex, extremely loud. Every day from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., sometimes even on Saturdays. I'm afraid this construction site will remain for a while. Pool has lots of umbrella stands, but not a single umbrella, no sun protection even on the balcony, unfriendly reception, great location on the beach, but unfortunately the accommodation is not worth the money

Conveniently located holiday complex. Beach directly in front of the complex. Very beautiful area. Good starting point for excursions. Well-maintained swimming pool. The viewing terrace was closed for the entire stay due to a problem with the floor covering. During the entire stay, between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., renovation work was carried out directly behind the fence visible in the picture using sledgehammers and sawing the road surface, which caused a lot of noise.
