to the west of Ireland. Ideally located on a quiet road within 5 minutes
of both Ennistymon and Lahinch and 12 mins from the spectacular Cliffs
of Moher, guests are sure to enjoy the numerous surrounding attractions.

This open plan layout provides a spacious and well-lit dining area and the kitchen includes a pantry with a washer and dryer. The kitchen comes fully equipped and contains a Nespresso machine and a wine cooler. The second floor has four large en suite bedrooms and a fifth bedroom on the ground floor caters for guests who may have difficulty climbing stairs. The adjacent bathroom also includes a shower.

Designed with children in mind the playroom includes a shuffle board and a two player arcade basketball game. There is also a full-size table tennis table
that can be used either indoors or outdoors depending on the weather. The
playroom is filled with toys, puzzles and arts and crafts for children of all ages
and guarantees to keep them busy for hours!

The adjoining games room is tailored towards older children and adults and includes a snooker table and dart board. There are two TV rooms with access to satellite TV and Netflix. High speed broadband enables guests to work from home if required. There is also plenty of outdoor space for the family to enjoy and ample parking space.
