Unfortunately, our vacation turned into a nightmare. I can't recommend this house to anyone. The bathrooms are moldy, the house hasn't been cleaned for a long time - it's really dirty and there are a lot of mosquitoes and flies. We left 6 days early because we were so disgusted.

Very nice location. Completely private. Great for a holiday with dogs. River and waterfalls are fantastic. The house is authentically furnished, somewhat sober, but you spend most of your time outside. Some things like kitchen utensils/equipment could be replaced, but everything is usable. Unfortunately no mobile network, only wifi in the house, not in the garden. Our contact person M. is very professional and helpful if you need help. We definitely want to come back.

We visited the building with 3 families and we all express complete satisfaction. The house is spacious, it was clean. A great advantage is the swimming pool, we were pleasantly surprised by the beer tap and the willingness of people to refill our empty kegs. A pool table was also part of the above-standard equipment. Air conditioning was a bit lacking (especially in the attic), but given that the house is made of stone, it was survivable. Only in the hot tubs there was a large amount of chlorine that burned the eyes. Otherwise, great satisfaction.

This is a beautifully furnished house - private and secluded yet a short drive from the charming town of Sansepolcro as well as large supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. We particularly enjoyed the large external and internal dining areas (we were happy to find the kitchen very well-equipped plus bbq area) as well as the spa and games room. Our favourite thing about the property, however, was the picturesque stream and wooded area adjoining the house: perfect for walking, exploring and even bathing.
