La tana del lupo

We had a great week at La tana del Lupo. The view, the peace and the location of the house are unique. You will find everything you need in the house. However, we would like to mention again that the last 900m to the house are a real challenge. And definitely not for cars that are even slightly lowered. Strong nerves are required here, but you get used to the other 10km uphill. Unfortunately, communication with the landlord was very slow, but OK.

The house is really peaceful, to recharge your batteries it is the ideal place, the equipment is perfect. For the coffee machine, you need dolce gusto and not nespresso, many have already made the mistake. There are nice hikes to do in the surroundings. On the other hand, the deposit system is not great, that's why I put 4 stars instead of 5, after a month I still have not recovered my 300 euros, because the owner is not present and the transfer did not work

We had a really comfortable stay. We took advantage of the bad weather to use the spa facilities. The walk to the hut is an adventure, but easy to do. I can only recommend the hut.

A fantastic holiday accommodation in the middle of the mountains with a unique view of the mountains and the valley. The wellness offer with sauna, steam bath and outdoor whirlpool complete the perfect holiday. Pure nature and relaxation in a simple house that leaves nothing to be desired. The approach over 20 switchbacks and partly unpaved path without protection at the edge is not easy. Fear of heights can sometimes lead to sweaty hands. But the view compensates directly.

We 2 adults 1 dog had a wonderful holiday. Relaxing and calm.

What we liked the most was the seclusion and tranquility of being able to experience the location of the house in the vegetation with wildflowers and rare animals.

The approach on narrow streets and around 60 hairpin bends is worthwhile. Very well equipped house in beautiful nature for a quiet and relaxing time.

It is a really neat and clean house in a beautiful location with a fantastic view of the mountains. The sauna with a window into the valley with attached steam room and the whirlpool are really great! At least in the first week of Pentecost it was also very quiet in the immediate vicinity. The landlord is very friendly and courteous and was always available via WhatsApp for any questions. We will come back for sure.

You should not be afraid to drive in the mountains. Especially the last part is extreme, but this house is worth all the effort. The view of the roof and surrounding mountains is breathtaking. The cottage is small but equipped with all facilities. The outdoor jacuzzi makes it completely luxurious. Friendly owner who responds quickly to questions or concerns. The Lake Como area offers plenty of romantic trips.

Tana del Lupo offers everything you need to relax: a fantastic panorama of the surrounding mountains, whirlpool, sauna, a very well equipped kitchen and great hiking opportunities on the doorstep. If you don't want to cook yourself, there are good addresses within walking distance to get to know the regional cuisine. Recommendation: leave the car and just enjoy being there!

In La Tana del Lupo nothing was missing. The house is perfectly furnished and equipped. The outdoor area is very well maintained. The view is just sensational. Highly Recommended.
