Property Overview
3-room apartment 65 m2 on 4th floor, west facing position. Bright, comfortable furnishings: living/dining room 20 m2 with TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room 18 m2 with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room 12 m2, window onto the courtyard with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm).
The apartment was dirty when we arrived. Dust bunnies under the bed, hair on the floor, poorly washed dishes, we had to wash everything again. Note that the air conditioning is only in one room and in hot weather there is no air. When we arrived we were told that we had to empty the bucket with the water from the air conditioning and water the flowers. Average! The parking space is not allocated so be careful too. The apartment is dilapidated and not worth its price.
