4-room house 140 m2 on 3 levels, on the ground floor. Renovated in 2022, comfortable and cosy furnishings: entrance hall. Living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV. Exit to the loggia. Kitchenette (6 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine).
The description of the holiday home was completely correct! Very clean & tidy and clearly maintained with great care. During our stay, someone came by for both the pool and garden maintenance. Air conditioning in all bedrooms. Swimming pool is ideal in size and temperature. Very friendly welcome and owners always available for additional questions and information. Kitchen is a bit on the small side, but that is a detail. We can only recommend this holiday home!

We were given the wrong address and searched for the house for over an hour, and only found it when the landlord sent us the correct location. The house, which was described as air-conditioned, only had an air-conditioned basement room in which we slept with the whole family. The "large" pool is only 1 meter deep. And construction is taking place directly (4 meters as the crow flies) next to the garden with the pool, so we had 3-5 workmen looking in the garden the whole time.

Very beautiful detached house, new, very well maintained and lovingly furnished. Plenty of space, large terrace, beautiful garden and private parking space, steep descent and narrow driveway. Bedroom in the basement accessible via very narrow spiral staircase, but also external staircase. We were very satisfied. The only real drawback is the nearby road with some truck traffic and noise. A new house is being built on the garden side, the construction site was in progress while we were there.
