The house is ideally located, 4 minutes from the center of Ste Maxime by car, on the heights and it is therefore quiet. The view is magnificent (sumptuous sunrise over the sea), the swimming pool is very beautiful and there is everything you need: kitchen equipment, bowling alley, barbecue, outdoor table in the shade and sheltered for lunch or dinner, very quiet air conditioning in the bedrooms, table football area and games for children. Great for the holidays!

A beautiful house with a fantastic view, located on a hill. Newly tiled pool, the house is well equipped and well maintained, only the outbuildings such as the carport and shed could be a little better maintained. Beautiful separate, enclosed property with lawn and flowers. An awning or sun sail would be appropriate for the terrace. The view from the terrace is really a dream...

Even if you can see the age of the house, everything was very clean and inspired us with its Mediterranean charm. We could accept that towards the end of the season one or the other bulb was no longer burning, the costs for the replacement bulbs were refunded to us. All in all, definitely recommended for those who are less interested in luxury than in the view and cozy ambience.

Although located in a great location, and providing a lot of space in and outside, the villa La Canopee needs to be updated. All three bathrooms badly need an update as the are outdated, none of the showers worked well and are very small. Wifi was only useable at parts of the groundfloor, with no reception outside. Swimmingpool wasn’t cleaned very well, and contained far too much chlorine. We enjoyed our stay, but at this price level we would’ve expected more.

Nice house with a great view. Plenty of space and well furnished - inside and out. Newly designed and very well-kept garden. Fantastic pool. Lounge furniture, deck chairs and parasols top! Wonderful stay.
