We would like to thank Richard and Liz for a lovely holiday. The house has excellent heating, and is brand new. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings, and the temperature was great. We loved the location, as it was close to many sights and walking trails with a minimal drive for outings. The washing machine was a nice convenience to have, as we were traveling for a couple of weeks. Our 93 year old Auntie loved everything about the home, and the beds can be reconfigured depending on how many people are in your party. We enjoyed the french press coffee maker, as we sat on the patio in the morning to watch the wildlife. There is a large grocery store, Morrison's, to buy groceries and it was open late at night. Thank you Richard for the maps and being so informative and kind.

Took my mum to Kingfisher lodge with our 13 year old twins to celebrate her 86th birthday. The lodge is equipped to the highest standard and set within the most beautiful location right next to the lake. Swans, ducks and geese are always swimming past, the hot tub is first class. I really can’t fault the lodge at all, handy from the motorway and supermarkets only a 5min drive away. Only feedback I would give is it would be good to have a paved path to the hot tub, the gravel can be awkward to walk on. Would highly recommend and would return.
