The apartment itself is modern, clean, everything you need is there and the sea view is great. It's only 100 meters to the sea. What we didn't like was that there was no license plate or name on the house, so it wasn't easy to find. There is no lighting in the courtyard at night. The air conditioning didn't work either. Despite that, we liked the apartment. What we didn't like at all was the location. There isn't even a bakery there. We weren't happy with the restaurants either.

The apartment is in a great location and the surroundings are very beautiful.

Great holiday apartment. Modern kitchen, bedroom with large closets, great roof terrace with roof/adjustable sun protection, air conditioning in the rooms, short walk to the beach - just a place to feel good.

It didn't match the pictures on the internet at all. A lot of broken things (no umbrella, so the terrace was not usable etc.) in the apartment or terrace.

The absolute highlight of the apartment is the roof terrace. It is modern, clean and functional. In the kitchen, the essentials are available, but you need a lot of patience for the coffee in the morning from the coffee machine. The apartment is in a very quiet place, 10km from Umag. There is a pizzeria that comes highly recommended. We felt very comfortable, the landlord is very nice, the sea is only a few meters, but there is only one Felsenstr
