We think this Fitzrovia apartment is the ideal launching pad for your London adventures. You're just a stone's throw from shops, restaurants, and hotspots like Oxford Circus, Soho, and Covent Garden. It has everything you need to settle in. There's a full kitchen where you can rustle up culinary delights, a bright living area, and a comfortable (albeit somewhat snug) bedroom. A sofa bed can also sleep two guests. As it's above a restaurant open late, noise is likely, and the building lacks a lift. Still, you can't beat the convenient and central location.

*At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living area.
*This apartment is above a restaurant bar that closes at 1am. On occasion, music can be heard upstairs.
*There isn't a lift in the building, so be prepared to climb stairs to the first floor.
*While the bed makes for a great night's sleep, it does feel a little big for the room. Space is limited, so we'd recommend travelling light.
*Your host can provide a cot upon request if you're travelling with little ones.
*There isn't air conditioning here, but several of the windows do open, and your host can provide fans upon request.
