Each bedroom has a work desk and WiFi & Cat 6 ethernet sockets throughout. Broadband is on fibre to the modem.
Finished to give a really comfortable beach house feel, but with hotel standard comfort. Great views of the sea & beach from living room/kitchen on the first floor. Sea views from Master Bedroom and Second bedroom. The extensive patio areas offer lots of choice as to where to sit out & where to BBQ. Private & sheltered rear patio catches the summer sun in the evening, perfect for dining al fresco!
Super King Bed in 2nd bedroom can be split into 2 european singles ( 6' 6" x 3' each)
No smoking or vaping. Small pet may be allowed with prior agreement.
The place was as described. with a direct unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean. Youghal is easily accessible on foot and by car. All needs of daily life can be found on site. The beach is easily accessible by door and other excursion locations by car.

I work fully remotely, so having a dedicated desk and chair in each room, made it convenient to work and study from home for the kids. Top it with relaxing views of the ocean.
Equipped with everything one could possibly need for an extended stay. The spacious kitchen, laundry facilities, and comfortable living areas made me feel right at home.
The warmth and hospitality of the hosts made my transition to Ireland much smoother too.
Would recommend a stay here.

Truly enjoyed a great stay at Island View. A great location right at start of Youghal's Blue Flag beach with promenade & board walk. The house is very private and was warm, very clean, and comfortable. Excellent broadband. Full kitchen. Fantastic sea views. While there is no onsite parking, there was plenty of on street parking. Will stay here again.
