But for a change of scene, the country club's shared 18-hole golf course, fitness facilities and on-site restaurant are just a golf-buggy ride away. You'll need a car for anything else – but that's nothing new in California, where the car is king.

*While not all the bedrooms and bathrooms are photographed, we expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*This home has a gated private entrance and ample garage and driveway parking for at least eight cars. With no local amenities within driving distance, you’ll need a car to get out and about. Golf buggies are also provided to get around the shared country club estate.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*This home sits within one and a half acres of private land. The wider estate is shared, and guests are welcome to use the communal gym, golf course, tennis courts and on-site restaurants.
