8-room house 400 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor. Renovated, rustic and cosy furnishings: entrance hall. Large living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Open kitchen (5 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine, pizza oven).
A wonderfully beautiful and peaceful place, where the whole extended family enjoyed 14 wonderful days of swimming in the lovely pool and other activities. Highly recommended!

Il Leccio is a beautiful, slightly elevated family holiday home with beautiful views. Lots of space inside and outside a beautiful garden/olive orchard with tennis court, swimming pool and cozy places to eat and have drinks. A warm welcome from J. and his dear old father B..

This house and the surroundings are absolutely amazing. Quiet surroundings with a fantastic view. We had a holiday with three generations and the setting was perfect - the big house with many rooms and bathrooms and then there are two lovely places to eat and an evening lounge. Can be strongly recommended.

Extraordinarily well-kept and spacious garden with a very large terrace. We were 2 families and really enjoyed our time. There is enough privacy both in and around the house. The various shady seats are a dream in the high temperatures. Very, very nice hosts. We would like to come back.

We stayed with two families, a total of 10 people. The house is more than big enough, although somewhat outdated which of course belongs to the charm. The mosquito windows, electricity and kitchen appliances are certainly due for renewal. The pool was also a strange color. The location is perfect as a base for many cities and wine castles. Be sure to bring plenty of mosquito repellent.

Top complex with pool, tennis court and large garden. The bedrooms all had fly screens, so airing them out at night was no problem, so you don't need air conditioning. Clean bathrooms and rustic but clean and correct furnishings also create a feel-good atmosphere inside. The kitchen facilities could do with an update, but everything is clean and practical. The pizzeria is about a 25-minute walk away and the highlights of Tuscany can be easily reached by car.
