Large kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, electric coffee machine) with dining table, open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV. Exit to the garden, to the terrace.
The house and yard are really beautiful and well maintained. There is room for small children to run and play. Great swimming pool and lots of sun loungers. Really cozy and beautiful complex. Good location, less than an hour's drive to Pisa and Florence. There are good grocery stores in the nearby villages. A car is essential.

A very large, well-kept property. House and pool very good. The water supply is a bit lacking. Not much water at the tap. Very nice landlady and very caring. Accommodation for those who love peace and quiet. Excursion destinations in the area are easily accessible.

The accommodation is in a very quiet location. Access is via a 3km long gravel road, which can be driven on without any problems. Ideal for slowing down. The pool is very nice and surrounded by a large garden. The landlady is very nice. Unfortunately, we didn't like three things that much: - The upper bathroom smells very unpleasant - The roofing of the terrace shown in the pictures was no longer available - The dishwasher was damaged

I rented a pool house for a week and was expecting a typical Italian place. But it was different. The house was devoid of shutters and mosquito nets, which in the absence of air conditioning made the stay not very comfortable. Above the terrace there were several wasp nests that we had to remove ourselves. In addition, we were attacked by numerous hornets. The sewage system in the house stank. The caretakers of the property lived next to the house and carried out numerous noisy cleaning works during our stay, eg mowing the grass for many hours.

The pool was closed even though the weather was good. According to the landlord, the internet has been down since February 24, 2022. There was no internet, no WiFi, no TV and no cell phone reception. The service hotline 7 x 24 hours was not available on Saturday when we needed it at 4 p.m.
