This frontline home has wonderful sea views from its poolside and upper terrace. There’s an alfresco dining space, with a table seating eight and barbeque, also alongside the pool. Inside, there’s an open-plan living area and a well-equipped kitchen. Also, all of the bedrooms are on the ground floor – we especially love the main bedroom with its French doors onto the patio. Another highlight of this home is the beach is only 20 metres away. The villa is situated in S’Argamassa, a beachfront destination most famous for the Nikki Beach Club. Just to the north, you’ll also find the family-friendly town of Santa Eulalia.

*Four hours of house cleaning and a towel change occur on Mondays, Wednesdays (with an additional bed sheet change) and Saturdays.
*The swimming pool and garden are maintained once a week.
