Its high ceilings and modern design make it a stylish place to unwind after busy days traversing the local area – whether you're snuggled up by the sleek log burner or preparing a delicious supper using the owners' local produce (supplied for an additional fee), you'll be left entirely undisturbed here. Of course, you will need a car or bike to get to the nearby villages, such as Saffron Walden, Bishops Stortford and Rayne, but with acres of space around you, there's plenty of parking.
