This beautiful luxurious home at the gateway to Eryri National Park and surrounded by stunning countryside, full of interesting features and creature comforts including underfloor heating. Walk into the practical utility boot room with space for your boots and coats, here you will find the washer/dryer, sink and plenty of storage as well as the separate WC. A fabulous kitchen/diner has been thoughtfully planned with all the equipment you need to rustle up a meal, including an electric range oven and induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. At the far end, is the bar area by the patio doors with drinks fridges. Relax on the sofas with the Smart TV on in the background whilst menu planning. When ready, everyone can gather around the dining table, a perfect setting positioned by the second set of patio doors. After dinner, go through to the lounge with a wood burner (first basket of logs provided) and relax on the comfy sofa whilst listening to music or watching a film on the Smart TV. Upstairs, you will find four beautiful bedrooms, all with Smart TVs and wonderful views to wake up to. Choose from two with king size beds and en suite shower rooms with a shower and WC, or two twin zip and link rooms (can be made into a super king size on request). To complete the accommodation, you will find the spacious bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. Heading outside, there is a games room with a pool/snooker table, air hockey and roulette table, plus numerous board games and lawn games. Idyllic location surrounded by countryside and the Hiraethog mountain range, just perfect to relax in the private enclosed garden with a hot tub. Enjoy relaxing by the fire pit, light the BBQ or take a picnic on the lawn. The views are quite breath taking throughout the year from sunrise to sunset. If you are bringing your bikes there is an outside tap to hose your bikes down. There is private parking for six cars.
