Surrounded by glorious landscapes and views of the River Dyfi flowing into Cardigan Bay, this stunning property provides an unforgettable base for discovering the pretty seaside village of Aberdyfi (also known as Aberdovey) and the breathtaking vistas of the magnificent Snowdonia National Park. Aberdyfi sits along the northern shore of the River Dyfi and is host to a range of great outdoor activities including sailing, windsurfing, canoeing and fishing. The village also has plenty of friendly pubs, restaurants, cafes and independent shops. The property is set in a beautiful spot just opposite and overlooking a fantastic championship golf course, with the beautiful golden sandy beach also nearby. Heading into Snowdonia, landmarks include Craig yr Aderyn and Dolgoch Falls (both within 15 miles). The property is accessed via a couple of external flights of stairs which lead through the garden and up into the welcoming slate tiled and gabled hallway. Exploring this floor, you will find the spacious, light and airy open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This beautiful light filled space features a fresh and relaxing lounge with plenty of seating, a Smart TV and a warming wood burner. The stylish dining area is perfect for everyone to gather around and enjoy a fantastic celebratory meal which you can rustle up in the fully equipped kitchen where you will find an electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and a handy additional breakfast bar. Other equipment including the wine fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in a nearby utility space. This bright and idyllic living space is dominated by the large folding panelled windows which open out onto a fantastic decked balcony. Offering views over the Dyfi Estuary, the golf course and out across Cardigan Bay, the balcony has plenty of garden furniture and provides a fabulous space for dining alfresco or enjoying a glass or two of wine as the sun sets. Returning inside, the ground floor features a twin room with a Smart TV, a king size bedroom with plenty of storage space and patio doors opening out onto the decked balcony and a bathroom complete with a bath, walk in shower and WC. Stairs lead past a glass facade with stunning views and up to a spacious landing.Here, you will find the two remaining bedrooms, each with a king size bed and an additional single bed; these rooms both have spectacular views and plenty of storage space, and one of them has an en suite shower room with a shower and WC. There s also a handy first floor bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC. Stepping outside, a couple of flights of stairs lead back down into the pretty garden where you will find a peaceful seating area. On street parking is available for up to three cars opposite the property. There s also unsecured storage space along the rear walkway.
