On the lower ground floor, you will find a further three bedrooms. A bedroom with a king size bed, Smart TV and en suite shower room with shower and WC. This room has sea views and a double external door. A further bedroom with king size bed and separate sitting area, boasts an external access to a small private courtyard with seating. This room also has a Smart TV. The final bedroom on this floor also has sea views and is a super king size zip and link (which can be made up as a twin on request) with Smart TV is also connected to a PlayStation 4.
