This stunning coastal property is just a short walk from the town of Bude and Crooklets Beach. It is a perfect location for a family holiday with a selection of amenities close by including beaches with Crooklets Beach a seaside Award beach a few minutes walk away, a golf course, leisure centre with swimming pool, numerous shops, pubs and restaurants. The South West Coastal Path is nearby offering spectacular walks for miles around. With the town being conveniently located just off the A39 and the border of Devon and Cornwall this is a great location for exploring both counties. Other attractions include The Eden Project, Clovelly, Boscastle, Rock, Padstow and Bodmin Moor. Upon entering the property, from the off road parking spaces you will be welcomed into the large open plan family room. The lounge area offers comfy leather sofas where you can sit back and relax whilst watching a programme on the Smart TV.
